"It's been 1 year and 5 months since I worked out at HB Dance. Compared to the exercise I did before, an hour passes quickly because I exercise to the tune of exciting songs, and doing one exercise for a long time can be tiring and tiring, but I was able to do it consistently for a long time, and my body improved with strength training and finishing stretching. I am very satisfied with my exercise as it covers every nook and cranny. I often heard that I lost a lot of fat, my physical strength improved, and I looked much younger than before exercising. ☺️ You can have fun and exercise in a bright atmosphere with two teachers who have skills, bright energy, and long experience. "I love their diet dance classes! I’ve been going here for almost a year now and I look forward to each class and learning new songs. There’s a good variety, the teachers are amazing and the dances are a lot of fun. Just note that all instruction is in Korean (which I cannot speak or understand) but it’s still easy to follow along when they are teaching. They offer both morning and night classes. If you are looking for a fun way to exercise, I highly recommend trying it out!"
