"Was not pleased in the slightest at all in any way shape or form of being informed of what I was going to be charged by you guys just to file because I had different forms. It should have been explained to me from the beginning that such differences would also change the outcome of how much I was going to be charged. Instead all the work gets done and I get a nonchalant blindside of a fee of over 300 dollars. And all I got in reply from the agent was the ever infamous "I don't make the fees or rules..some people pay as much as a thousand to file..etc" routine. Well, I obviously know you don't and as far as those people go I couldn't care less that they could afford such luxury. Meanwhile, you could have saved our time had I known of filing fees from the start of the meeting."
