"Made three separate appointments with them to try to fix a problem with last year's taxes two of which they canceled on me without notifying me when they tried to cancel the third I threw a fit until they finally honeyed the appointment I made and then they said there was nothing they could do to help me and told me to just pay the irs 5000 that they said I owed. I went to a real account and they helped me outand the payment was less then half what h r block saiad"
