"Currently calling the general manager or corporate. Ordered online. MANAGER was rude at pick up. They forgot to give me 2 items in my order. So I went back and her attitude was even worse! Then refused to give me the items that I PAID FOR! #1 Since when do people behave so unprofessional ? #2 She stole from me!"
"I do like Burger King and I did enjoy my whopper meal but what I don’t like is the rude staff people taking the order, the cashier by the name of Natasha was very rude both taking the order and giving ketchup to my aunt. It was a very hissy fit that she responded to her like that, very rude and unprofessional on her part. If she’s the manager, I get that she’s doing all the work but c’mon treat the customer better and crack a smile and be kind when taking the order and give ketchup with the meal of you don’t like giving it to her on request. She should get more class on customer service. Also, another bad review is the fact that they don’t serve coffee or tea during lunch time."
"I love this place. It's been beautifully remodeled but the food stayed the same. Delicious. Great customer service. My order was ready in minutes. They accept cash and cards. There's plenty of on site parking and it's wheelchair accessible. Just be careful, the doors are a little heavy. To top it all off, there was a King crown on the table! How awesome was that! I'll be back, see ya there!"
"Stopped in @4:30 on a Monday. Just wanted a double whopper with cheese. Take out was steady “. Had the dining room to myself. Dining room was as clean as a doctor’s office. No greasy floor or old food smells. Burger was freshly made. Commended manager Nashidah. She was friendly and pleasant!! Thanks Nashidah!"
