"Absolutely horrible experience. They are very unprofessional and don't keep you up to date with your visa process. They charged more than $300 to do a UK visa application plus the actual visa fee. They didn't send the documents properly, which delayed the whole process. Now I have to pay extra to get the documents submitted properly. They gave us the wrong instructions on how to ship the passport and other documents too. Had to pay extra for the return label again. When i try to call or reach out to the office, they never answer the phone or they just put it on hold for along time . If I wanted to pay so much and deal with so much stress I would've done it myself or I would've gone to some place that cares about their clients. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
