"Even this one star is too much for this tax preparatory work. The girl in the front desk is terrible, she is disrespectful and rude and the worst person. She does not do her job well and expects for you to know what to do and then yells at you for doing what you think is right. This place has no order at all, you will have to wait for hours and come out unhappy. Alex as well is very manipulative and he will tell you lies and disappoint you in the end. I regret coming to this place and will never come back again. And if anyone who comes here will have the worst time. Do not go to this place because you will regret it."
