"Not sure who prepared the taxes there to get these reviews, but the receptionist and the person I had my appointment with Roxanne were not Professional at all. I got there (called to inform them I was going to be late), Roxanne had another client, no problem. The client she was with left, and I overheard her tell the receptionist to call the person back, mind you I am sitting there, I asked when I was going to be seen? And the receptionist said she forgot I was there!!!!. Roxanne goes through the motions as though I am bothering her and basically does not want to provide the service and was more focused on the previous client. I would not recommend Roxanne as a tax preparer."
