"I had horrific mastitis and couldn’t get out of bed. I took an antibiotic but I vomited after I took it. I called to speak to the on call doctor to see if I should take another antibiotic or what I should do, and they wouldn’t put me through to her because she has a policy where she will only speak with her patients or pregnancy emergencies. Anyone else must go to the ER If they have questions. This is an extremely uncaring policy and I’ll definitely never go to see her Update: the office supervisor called me and apologized to me. She explained that the woman I spoke to who wouldn’t put me through to the doctor was mistaken. She said that I should have been put through in this instance due to the nature of the call."
"I made an appointment 3 months ago to see this OBGYN. My appointment time was 3:15. I missed the turn, as the office is in a hidden location that is not easily visible from the highway. I arrived at 3:22 and signed in. I was called to the front desk at 3:30 and was told they have a strict no show policy after 15 minutes. I told her I arrived before the 15 minutes and this was my first time there. I missed the entrance and had to turn around. She was very nasty and gave me a song and dance about 2 other patients in the room and some kind of dinner break for the Dr. Meanwhile, instead of arguing with me, I could have had my paperwork filled out . This office was highly recommended by a good friend, but it's a shame that I couldn't even get past the front door. The nasty girl at the front desk deserved zero stars, but zero was not an option. This is the first bad review I have ever written. Bottom line, if you are unhappy in your job then move on and don't take it out on unsuspecting patients."
