"Ordered the items to be shipped to me. Paid them $40 for overnight shipment. They don't have an online ordering system and their online pdf catalog is very outdated, so the order had to be placed over the phone as it was hard for me to figure out the correct item IDs by myself to submit via email. Checked the package status with UPS late afternoon the next day, and saw that the package was being held at the UPS facility with "address correction required status", as the vendor failed to put my unit # on the shipping label. I also could not provide that info to UPS myself, as Myron Toback restricts modifications. Called Myron Toback, asked them to verify the address. They brushed me off, saying that everything is ok. But it wasn't. They didn't even bother calling UPS and checking. 3 days later I still didn't get the package. Had waste another half a day on the phone with Myron Toback and UPS and finally driving to UPS facility to pick up the parcel with my ID, as they wouldn't deliver it without the unit #. Had a huge impact on my work. Called Myron Toback again, they blamed me for not giving them complete address, stating that the person who took the order is someone who has been working for them for 15 years and never (yes, literally, never) makes mistakes. I sent them pictures with the invoice they sent me inside the package (with the unit # on it), and UPS label they created (without the unit #). So, that person who never makes mistakes didn't put my name on the package (as I requested and reminded her at least twice), didn't include the unit #, and messed up the street name a bit, too. Despite me providing them images as a proof they still denied responsibility and refused to refund the shipping charges, as any decent vendor would do. In fact, even despite that mistake, if they contacted UPS and made the correction when I called them first, I could still get the package on time. With that said... the online catalog is old and super outdated, staff on the phone is beyond rude and ridiculously slow. When I shopped their in person for quite a few years it wasn't the best experience (as yes, a lot of the staff folks are not the friendliest as another reviewer stated) but Myron and his daughter were always nice, so I kept coming. Not after this experience. There are so many other decent places that offer competitive pricing and go extra mile caring about their customers."
