Reviews
"Excellent cleaning -- professional, friendly service"
"Horrible! This woman screams at you, her staff does not speak any English and she accuses you of lying. They do not perform half the services they promise and, when you bring this to her attention, she becomes angry and quite confrontational. I do not recommend this company at all. Don't be fooled by her lovely disposition when she first arrives to give you a quote... and she doesn't tell you but she makes YOU purchase certain equipment for her non-English speaking girls to use. Beware. Very dishonest and nasty woman!"
"If there was a negative star, I would be choosing it. Extremely unprofessional and confrontational. Two of their cleaning ladies stole from us. We recommended J&C to our daughter who also used them. One of the ladies fell into and broke a glass door on their shower. Owner has now cancelled the claim for reimbursement and we are taking into legal action. I strongly urge to NOT USE this contractor."
"Extremely disappointed service. We found this company through a Living Social deal, and made an appointment to have them come clean our house. Noemi came with 2 employees, and she was talking to them very harshly the entire time which made us extremely uncomfortable. However, they did a decent job so we made a 2nd appointment for them to come back. I was not home when they cleaned our house, but when I returned I found that our toaster was broken. One of the employees took the toaster plug and wove it through the panels of the toaster. I have never seen this type of destruction to a toaster, and see no possible reason as to why they would do that? We have tried to remove the plug from the toaster, but the only way is to break it open. This is extremely disappointing because it is a 2-week old toaster. We contacted Noemi to find out what happened, and she completely denied the entire story and blamed me for breaking it. She would not even hear our story, and was very unprofessional about the situation. We recommend looking for other cleaning services in the area."
