"Great challenging Express class with Stephanie. Getting the same intensity and energy in 45 minutes. Stephanie kept provided corrections to ensure proper alignment and encouragement to make it through the duration of the various movements. Looking forward to my next class. Amazing barre class with Jen and amazing Pilates mat class with Emilie. I’m so glad Emilie is teaching here as well. Getting the best of both worlds with Barre and Pilates in one studio. Jennifer uses so many great props, such as slides, bands, blocks, circle and balls which basically emulate what could be done on a machine. She keeps an eye on our form and provides clear explanations and demonstrations. Great music and focused attention and encouragement on the entire class. Emilie always provides modifications for the challenging exercises, clear cues and demonstrations and corrects our form when necessary. Very much looking forward to my next classes."

"Great studio, I have been taking barre at HTB for 2 years and it has been amazing. I like the attention the instructors (including the owner) give to everyone. The instructors are among the most inspiring and genuine people you will meet! They always give it their all and work to make everyone successful in getting toned. The classes are low-impact, with the instructors offering adaptations based on your ability and any special needs ( knees or back problems...); but you will still sweat, and feel the burn and the "shakes." Highly recommend taking classes at HTB. I personally take barre classes but the studio also offers a variety of adult dance classes and children dance classes (which are also great, my daughter takes hip-hop and LOVES it)."
