"Our daughter has been dancing at Beyond Dance for six years, and we can’t rave about it enough. Thanks to the extraordinary people who are a part of it and the studio’s on-point philosophy and approach, it’s been a haven for her and a family to all of us. She started when she was 5 years old, taking just one class - first with Miss Erin and then with Miss Kara. Both are wonderful with children of all ages, patient, kind, and incredibly talented, and both inspired our daughter to continue dancing there. She is now part of one of the competition teams and is at the studio almost every day. She has thrived and grown so much, made amazing memories and friends, gained confidence, had the time of her life, and become a terrific dancer. Highly recommend Beyond Dance!"

"I would like to strongly discourage parents from attending the ages 2 to 4 classes at Beyond Dance. I registered my daughter for the Saturday 10:45 am jazz class. My daughter is 2 years old and as you can imagine has lots of energy. At first, my daughter was the only child registered and I questioned if she should change to another class. After the second lesson, I requested she move to the 10 am dance class so that she can engage with other children. Today, October 1, 2022, was her first day in the class. Within 15 minutes my daughter was escorted out by Ms. Kara’s assistant (preteen student), and we were informed that she wasn’t listening. No other information was provided, and the room was filled with parents. A few minutes later her assistant returned, and I was told I would be spoken to after class. The class ended at 10:45 am. My interaction with Ms. Kara after class was beyond disgusting. There was no accountability for why she excused my daughter other than she was running around. There was no explanation beyond that nor any discussion on if she tried to redirect her. Ms. Kara continued to repeat that she has been doing this for many years. Which is fine, but it does not excuse your attitude or lack of patience for toddlers. I am a very cooperative parent, and I am always willing to collaborate but clearly this isn’t worth the effort."

"Beyond Dance has been our dance home for over 15 years. Both my daughters dance/ have danced here, and they not only learn to balance on their toes and in turns, they learn to balance the stresses in life with school and workloads. As a dance mom who never danced myself, it is a place I feel welcome and supported."
