"Scheduled and appointment. Lady was a no call/no show. Woman at front desk assured me it would be completed. Months went by nothing. Ann Smithers did it for me and they charged 400. I can get the same refund or more for cheaper doing it myself. Do not waste your time with this company ****edit: this is the lowest refund I have had ever !!!!! Do not go through them I cannot believe it"
