"UPDATE Response -- The refund is a separate issue to staff not entering in two years in a row of retirement contributions. In fact one year didn't enter anything at all and second year entered the "category #" of the plan rather than the contribution amount and still waiting for my amended copies. ---- Went to Mauriello after my prior accountant retired. Didnt provide any help to maximize my return and discovered they forgot to enter in my retirement contributions two years in a row, which will result in me owing money. When brought to their attention the staff member who called me to deal with this was very condescending about the whole thing which I didnt appreciate considering it is their error."
