"The woman who answered the phone told me I can not claim my 2 & 3 years old kids, I’m a householder this is not a good place to file taxes."

"I used H&R Block last year and was charged $440 for the most basic tax return. I asked the lady who did my taxes how much it would cost and instead of giving me a quote like any honest person would,she said "let's see" She then proceeded to do my taxes and asks for payment. I contacted their corporate office and got more BS and run around. I was offered a 50% refund that corporate never honored and then tried to give me a 20% off coupon to get ripped off again. I would never use their service again. DON'T FALL FOR THE LET'S SEE SCAM WHEN YOU ASK FOR A QUOTE.GET THE QUOTE IN WRITING."
