"Very thorough in his explanations, procedure went very well. Dr. Bohrer has a pleasant, charming personality, and is a bit of a talker. However, he fails in two regards: 1, understanding the correct diet for different body types, and 2, not knowing which type of doctor to refer you to in post-trauma scenarios. In the end, during my procedure recovery, I suffered trauma, and I was not treated effectively from a holistic viewpoint. But healthcare is like that, where every doctor works in siloes - and that is a major healthcare fail. In the future, it would benefit him as a fertility physician to understand that treating the whole person is critical to preserving their ability to have children. My surgery was a waste, because I will probably not have the health to have and raise kids now. The doctor he referred me to after the trauma during my uterine surgery recovery was terrible and neglected to treat me effectively. Malpractice is on the rise in healthcare! I'm afraid both Bohrer and his referral did it on purpose. I asked him to take a picture of me during the surgery - but the pic did not reflect what he told me I had. This means either the pic was not of me (which would be weird, because he used my phone), or he did not read the exam scan effectively beforehand, or he did not give me all of the information about my uterus up front. Still working on getting info from past gynos to clarify. Side note: I have new terrible PMS after the surgery. Never used to get it at all."
