Olga her NP was thorough and caring, very knowledgeable in her expertise. Highly recommend."

"Dr. Rozenfeld was the 2nd doctor I saw. Told me that my first doctor was horrible and diagnosed my condition incorrectly and that she was basically negligent. But honestly, she didn't do any better. I had pain which sent me to the ER and when visiting her the next day, I was told that it could've been 3 things. I asked her to clearly explain what was going on to advocate for myself and she was extremely rude. Essentially, without any other exam or blood drawing beside palpitating my stomach she said what she said was all that I could do which was either to have surgery or to go to my other doctor. I left and went to my gastroenterologist who said that none of my signs pointed what this OB was mentioning and was confused why I was recommended to go. Going to my 3rd obgyn consult, she clearly diagnosed what was going on in an hour after checking my full medical history, drawing blood, as well as a full exam. I don't know what it was about me, but Dr. Rozenfeld seemed fed up with all of the questions I was asking and I didn't feel very welcome. She was very quick to criticize everybody else and pass the torch which was my case onto somebody else. I felt like she didn't take my questions seriously when she is a supposed exprert in this field. I had valid concerns and as someone who is trying to take control of her health after being overlooked for way too long. This experience was very disheartening and I believe she added to the horrible problem of misdiagnosis among black women. The ONLY reason she gets 2 stars is because all is because the staff at the Ave P office. The nurses, support staff, and the people behind the desk were absolutely nice, caring and helpful. But, I would not recommend this doctor at all."

"It would be nice if the hospital and office can talk to each other because apparently the hospital doesn't know the office opens at 9 am and then they schedule you at 8 am. I was standing there like an idiot in the the cold before 8 and when i went when they opened i was refused to be seen. I'm 29 weeks in and just wasted a morning. My partner even took some time off from work. It's ridiculous. No apologies from anyone. This was my second time scheduled here. I wish this office can do better. The only pros of this office is that they machine can let you hear the heartbeat of the baby. And what's up with the office not having their schedule posted? Doesn't even say their hours via their phone message."

"Dr. Rozenfeld is absolutely amazing!!! I came to Brooklyn from San Francisco to see her… the office staff was amazing at coordinating my appointment ahead of time as I was traveling cross country to see her. Upon arrival I was greeted by extremely friendly front desk staff, I didn’t have to wait long, the nurse took me back to the room, was very thorough and personable I was already so happy i made the trip, but when Dr. Rozenfeld came in I just melted. I have always had anxiety having to go to the gyno but Dr Rozenfeld is one of a kind, she has cured that fear!!! She thinks outside the box, her problem solving abilities are just magical, she solved a problem that dozens of gynecologist could not solve back home in California. Dr. Rozenfeld is very gentle and asks you every step of the way if you are comfortable with what she is doing, she also tells you what she is about to do so that you can mentally prepare, this was very helpful for me! She is extremely patient centered and does not stop until she can solve the problem. She also followed up with me when I came back home to make sure I established proper care at home. She is definitely unique and is worth the time and the wait to get an appointment with her!!!"
