"at February 9 at 11:38 am we try to call many time for emergency the lady keep hang up the phone from 11:38 to 11:45 no one answer and thay just keep open the line and HANG UP"
"They are ok. never had 2 people in a room as you're getting checked by the lpn/doc. the person working on the computer shouldn't be in the room if she is not examing you. everything usually gets inputted before the lpn/doc shows up and after if needed. this is also the first gyn I go to that did not do blood work or urine sample. I felt like when I left the room, the second person in the room was talking to her coworkers and joking around because as soon as I came around, her face got serious. update. I went to a new spot on clove that were phenomenal. no second person needed in the room. I felt comfortable and they even did blood and urine without me needing to ask."
"This place is amazing. Very clean and inviting and the staff is AMAZING so nice and they don’t make you feel weird or awkward. Any questions or concerns I had were met with answers and warmth. This is the only time I’ve been to the OBGYN and haven’t felt weird and intruded on. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism! I waited a little longer than I thought I would but the wait was worth it. All around an amazing place with amazing staff and they also have an office in Brooklyn which is super convenient!"
