"Dr. Loretta and her team are amazing! She has always provided the best care for my cats and is the most compassionate and thorough veterinarian I have met."
"Awesome. I loved Dr.Loretta and her assistants. The young lady at the front desk was sure to make me feel like my best friend was in good hands. I could not imagine my cat being cared for by anyone else. 10000/10 experience and I have recommended Loving Paws to all my friends. Thank you once again guys !!!"
"Dr. Loretta and her team went above and beyond to seek out answers and help our beloved kitty get better!! They took excellent care of our cat during her hospitalization and were consistent about visits and calls to communicate about her progress and meds. They were up front about costs and very reasonable. Really happy with the attention and care!"
"Hi there, I have been bringing my cat, Maggie, to Dr. Loretta for 3-4 years. I am so grateful to have found this practice. Maggie has advanced kidney disease and Dr. Loretta has worked with me on the best care plan for her. Maggie is not an easy cat; let's just say she has a thriving personality. I live alone, with little support, and Dr. Loretta has worked with me on figuring out how to give supplements to Maggie without stressing her out or requiring weekly vet visits. Three years ago, when I was convinced Maggie would need to be put down, Dr. Loretta spent 30 minutes to 45 minutes with me on the phone, multiple times, to assure me that Maggie still had alot of life left. Here we are 3-4 years later and Maggie is still holding on strong. Yes, going to the vet is expensive (especially if you don't have pet insurance), but I have always felt that they are up front with their prices. Clearly, they have helped me in sustaining a happy and healthy life for my Maggie-cat. I am able to get Maggie's meds at their location, which makes everything so much easier. The people that work with Dr. Loretta take their job very seriously, and everyone I have encountered seems to have so much helpful insight. It is clear that everyone who works here cares deeply for the animals that cross their paths and want to be sure that each and every animal is taken care of. Everyone I have spoken to in the waiting room over the years tends to feel the same way I do about how great the service is. I strongly recommend Loving Paws!"
"It has been an emotional journey for me, taking more than a year to recover from the loss of my beloved cat. Dr. Loretta was undoubtedly a kind and caring veterinarian, but I find it difficult to recommend this place due to several significant issues. First and foremost, the lack of access to medical records is a major concern. I made multiple attempts to obtain my cat's medical records, but I was met with a consistent excuse of "IT issues" from the front desk staff. I patiently waited for over four weeks, hoping to receive the records, but to my dismay, they never arrived. It has been over a year since my cat passed away, and I am still without any medical documentation. This is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the vet often suggested purchasing items that seemed unnecessary and could easily be found at lower prices on Amazon or other online retailers. It's disheartening to feel like you're being encouraged to spend more money than necessary, especially during a difficult time when you're already emotionally vulnerable. Adding to these concerns, the location of the clinic is terrible. It is situated just above a subway, and the passing trains generate loud noises that can be distressing for your pets. I experienced this firsthand when my cat was hospitalized in this vet for a spay surgery and another two weeks for herpes treatment. The constant noise from the subway trains undoubtedly added stress to my cat's already challenging situation. If your pets ever require hospitalization or extended stays, I strongly recommend considering the potential stressors associated with the clinic's location. In light of these issues, I would advise pet owners to think carefully before choosing this veterinary clinic for their furry friends' care."
