"Dr Laudicino is top notch I can’t express that enough!!! However one individual by the name of Debbie should be put on a leash because she’s an animal and ruins it for the whole office. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. I will never return to this practice again and do not recommend anyone stepping foot into this practice as long as Debbie is there! I was hung up on, yelled at, interrupted and cursed at all for a referal. All because she didn’t want to do her job. That she felt it was too much for her to call the insurance company and get the referal something she and any other Medical receptionist gets paid to do! It’s like asking someone at a car wash to wash your car and they yell at you and say no. Than when I ask to speak to the doctor I get told no twice. I call back after being hung up on and at this point I’m crying and shaking and ask to speak to the doctor it’s an emergency and I get put on hold than hung up on! If Doctor Laudicino knows about this than shame on him but I highly doubt it and I will be sure to make it known. This lady Debbie needs to be caged up she’s an animal! Now I have to find a new doctor! I’m reading all these additional reviews put up right after mine and it’s def a set up to speak highly about the animal Debbie! Like I said Dr Laudicino is amazing but because of this animal Debbie I can’t see him anymore which really upsets me. I would advise if anyone still sees him not to associate with Debbie. She’s mean. She’s a bully. She hung up on me and gave me an anxiety attack when I had an emergency and had to speak to the doctor and she wouldn’t let me. I was literally shaking and in hysterics all because of DEBBIE! She should be arrested for the manor in which she took with me a past patient of Dr Laudicino."

"Dr. Laudicino and staff is the best personable dr. I've ever been to. Debbie is very understanding to whatever need you may have; always makes time for me. Dr. Laudicino is not only my dr but my friend as well. I can tell him anything. If I'm ever sad or doubtful about my situation, I always walk out of there feeling a hundred percent better! Debbie and doc make the best team together!"

"I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Laudicino and his office staff, especially Debbie! Nothing is ever a problem and they are always willing to help with anything you need. They are such a personal office and I really feel like they know/care about my health, rather than just being a patient ID on a chart. Can't recommend them enough!"
