"I called and left 3 messages over the course of a week to make an appointment for an emergent situation. I never received a call back. I find that highly unprofessional and wouldn't trust the practice to demonstrate the quality of care or compassion required for a newly pregnant and uncertain woman - let alone one who was having complications such as myself. I never got an appointment so I can't speak to their service other than to say that to me, it was lacking."
