"One thing I regret in my life is going to these three set of stupid doctors. My child has a life threatening birth defect which was not diagnosed during my pregnancy or at birth when I was induced labor. My kid and our family are going through a lot because of these money making doctors. After a couple of months of birth when my child was admitted to the same hospital the doctors were amazed as to why was this missed during my pregnancy. They are 3 of them and hardly remember you when you visit as ther are dealing with lot of patients. Their staff is very unprofessional and rude especially one special lady. They once gave me expired prenatal and sent me home and later called and apologized. Save your and your child’s life by not going to them!"

"Both the doctors are very knowledgeable, polite and kind. They take their time to hear you out and answer all your concerns. Specially dr. Acharya very understanding and sweet. I went for dr. Acharya specifically on recommendation but ended up with dr. Nutaki, who was equally great. The staff however, at plainsboro, is the opposite of the doctors. Rude, unprofessional, impolite and in a rush to close their lil window. You will have to bear with that for sure."

"Lets break this down- the doctor is great - compassionate, knowledgeable, calm, professional and efficient. (Same goes for Dr. Nutakki who also practices out of the same office). The office staff- *shivers* are at the best of times okay to work with. The scheduling is insane as is the wait time (average over 30 minutes). You have to be pro-active to get results on lab work and paperwork so that your work gets done. The North Brunswick location has gotten tonnes better as far as their tone and interaction with patients. The Plainsboro office staff is a bit of joke- rude and unprofessional- makes me feel I walked in uninvited to a private party! So why would you go to see this doctor? She's hands down the most experienced practitioner in town (and by that I mean NY/NJ). She knows when a condition requires extreme care and when it's 'normal'. You have to make sure you communicate- speak up and tell her what you're feeling and thinking and she'll have the right answer. She encourages you to consult a specialist if you feel like but in most instances the specialist has little to add to what Dr. Acharya has already advised you on. Basically her knowledge and bed side manner outweighs the scheduler, the long wait, the rude staff and the inefficient follow-up process"

"I wish I could give a zero star here . Office staff is the most sluggish of all. This is my second pregnancy so I know how other doctors treat their patients . The first visit Dr Nutthaki forgets to give me prenatanal , when I come back home and call the doctor office the staff says " oh the doc might have forgotten please. One again and take the prenatal or take over the counter " . I was having pain and the doctor even without checking asked to give sample for UTI . Are they gods that they know everything will be fine with me and my baby ????? Since the pain didn't go down 2nd day I went again and had a check up . I asked to hear the heartbeat the doctor says for every pain we can't make you hear the heart beat " you will be fine " . Now I am changing the doctor and for my own reports to get transferred I had to pay 15 dollars . And that also they didnt transfer the papers smoothly . Me and my husband had to call them . The office staff is so arrogant as if they don't care . Bloody money suckers . I saw all the reviews and went to this doctor and now I feel all the reviews are fake . If you have any problem they won't take care of you."

"Dr Rashmi Acharya is the best OB-GYN doctor we have ever met. I am a physician myself and she was very caring during my wife's pregnancy in 2009. We had a high risk pregnancy and she as well as her office staff took extra care of us and we have a great outcome with a healthy child, now 3yrs old. She accomodated our every request and was available whenever we needed her despite being a solo practitioner. I would recommend her to anyone in my family."
