Connie Kelly, owner, is a rock star of Pilates, reformer, trx and other unique workout classes. The small studio setting and a core team of instructors can't ne beat. I recently underwent major surgery and my rehab was made so much easier because of my core strength and conditioning. Connie is certified in the MELT Method which works to hydrate fascia tissue and muscle-a great way to treat pain and soreness while adding flexibility. Never bored and always challenged-that's why I'be stayed for six+ years. No membership required either."
