"I want to give Dr Wong 5 stars, but because of the front desk receptionist, I am giving 4 (really want to give 1, but I won’t since the Doctor is amazing). Highly recommend Dr Wong and her compassion and care, amazing doctor. Otherwise, the front desk (see below comments as well) the one woman at the reception desk is rude! She acts like You’re supposed to read her mind and know what to expect. She should consider a new job if she dislikes her job to be rude enough to people especially if you’re already going through something… be kind always. Hopefully she can learn from patient feedback."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Wong for many years and would highly recommend her. She provides excellent care and exudes compassion with every appointment. She will answer all your questions and/or concerns. She is very personable and always on time. This also goes for her staff. Dorothy at the front desk is amazing. She is very friendly and pleasant in person as well as on the phone. She is accommodating and will go above and beyond. I am always warmly greeted by Nadine. She is a joy to converse with and makes you feel very comfortable. Love the all!!!"

"I think Dr. Wong is a great doctor. I called some time in first half of the year to schedule my annual exam ahead of time. However, the front desk receptionist was so rude I couldn't continue the conversation with her. Just called to see if there is any availability in December in case someone cancel and I was willing to schedule a time in 2024 if there is no availability. Unfortunately, the same person answered my call. She could have just simply say there is no availability in December and when can you come in January but she was incredibly rude explaining their appointment policy. I rather find a different doctor now. Treat others the way how you want to be treated. No need to be so utterly rude."

"I went here consistently before 2020. I just called them because I’m having an EMERGENCY and the front desk lady is SO disgustingly rude. I know exactly who she is and I’m surprised she’s still working here. She cut me off numerous times while I was on the phone trying to explain to her my situation. Dr Wong is a nice doctor but I will never step foot in this place because of the front desk. She needs to find another area of work."

"The experience I had with Dr. Wong was okay, informative on contraceptives when doing my check-up. However the experience with the receptionist every time, in person or over the phone was a disgrace to the practice. I have never in any encounter with receptionists, dealt with disrespectful attitude, treated me like I am uneducated and a burden on her day.. The receptionist was so rude to me multiple times that I had enough and am choosing a different Dr, which is unfortunate because Dr. Wong was great. I hope if you do have an appointment at this office, you do not encounter her.. I will update the post with her name shortly.. Because you all should know."
