"Dr. Welington and the rest of the staff here are wonderful! Have been very happy with my (vet-hating) senior cats care here, but all the more after his recent bout of sudden and pretty severe pancreatitis. Dr. Welington went out of her way to answer all my many questions and concerns outside our vet visit and I appreciate it SOOO much. Truly felt that I had her caring teams support throughout his illness. And he’s bouncing back wonderfully after a very scary and difficult week. Thank you so much for all the help, VCG of Greenpoint! ❤️ Highly recommend this clinic. It’s clear Dr. Welington truly loves what she does and cares for all her patients. I personally also appreciated her calm, caring, and empathetic energy in our exchanges."

"I switched vets to stop coming here because the service was EXPENSIVE. Although they offer communication by text, I literally never saw the vet on visits. She would forget to check for things I had asked her to look at, and test results (that were expensive to run) would come back with no meaningful information, so the service came to feel like a cash grab with no value. I was really disappointed, I wanted to love this place. I hope they improve their customer support."

"These people are NOT dog lovers..I was turned away when I brought in my very sick dog named Nico on 11/28 because I didn't have enough on my debit card to cover a $200 treatment due to being in a fixed income..I asked for a 2DAY grace period until my check cleared & was told NO..I made an appointment for 12/1...but my Nico didn't make it...he passed away last night I know these clinics can't operate for free..but a little compassion once that day would not have put them out of business I CANNOT recommend this place..I wish I could give ZERO STARS My Nico passed away last n night be my reschedule ed appointment"

"This location is great. Both my cats received wonderful care from the entire team, the doctor is very knowledgeable and cares about the animals, not just checking boxes. Great suggestions for care as well, and both my cats tummies are doing much better. Having never really dealt with a vet, I’m glad to say my cats are healthy and now up to date with shots. They may not look very happy in the photos but they are happy campers!! Thank you VCG!!"

"I happened to stumble upon Milo Greenpoint as I couldn't get a last minute appointment from my regular vet. But it was a serendipitous surprise! Dr. Cheng and the staff was friendly, extremely informative and transparent throughout my appointment. My 11-week pup was feeling extremely sick the day before with vomiting and constant diarrhea. He ended up having GI issues. I was able to speak with Dr. Cheng (over the phone due to COVID) and she explained the issue, presented solutions and was transparent with the cost upfront. We spoke for maybe 15-20mins as she was very thorough in answering all my questions before going forward with the proposed treatment plan. I waited another 20 mins for my pup to receive his treatment. The time spent to diagnose and treat my pup was roughly an hour--something I truly appreciated as I know the team is doing their diligence in making sure my pup is getting the attention he needs. The vet tech took her time in explaining the medication that I give to my pup at home and was super clear. A few hours after my pup received his shots, he is eating again and is being more active! A tremendous progress since he was not eating before the visit! I highly recommend this place and I would come back! This location is pretty convenient coming from Queens (just right off the Pulaski Bridge). I think they also have dog daycare!"
