"I have a 3 because I feel that H&R Block is to expensive. I feel that as a returning customer I should pay less. I understand that the tax preparers need to get paid, but how about satisfied customers letting other people know about their great experience in H&R Block that will lead to a cash flow of customers. But I guess with you guys it’s about the money. I will have to rethink if I’m returning next year."

"I think I get the best explanation and return with a professional. The prices are a bit much than having to do it on my own. But would I get the return I'm getting? Can't be sure. I feel safe someone doing the number crunching for me. And I get to just be at peace and be done w it."
