"I waited for just over an hour at this location, for the one person that was working. There was no signage and no one to even acknowledge me. When the previous client was finally done, a man came out from the other side and started to sit down! I said that I had been waiting on the other side, looking through the curtain the whole time to see when the accountant was done. He said he had been waiting since noon. I had been there well before that; when I arrived there was NO ONE there. So granted the accountant probably did not see me, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. No apology or attempt to even address the issue. Instead she says, “Well I seen him but not you.” Awesome. Thanks a lot for that. 90 minutes wasted, and treated like some loiterer. Oh yes I made an appointment online too. I will never be using Jackson Hewitt again."
