"Dr chervenak is a great doctor. however I am giving him a 1 start based on insensitivity of his staff during critical times. First of all, I just had a miscarriage… I had to go to the ER to find out about the pregnancy and the miscarriage. I have called and called and called for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment. You never get a callback. Whichever company they’re using for their answering service is the WORSE. I was home last night with excruciating pain for 3 hrs and never got the “ callback” from the Dr. I have even gone to the office during my lunch break, they were closed for lunch too… Absolutely no way of prioritizing Patients with urgent matters.. If you’re trying to conceive or need a Dr who’s more involved….this isn’t the place for you. When I first started he wasn’t this busy. Now I am forced to leave the office I was comfortable with and the dr who delivered the children that I have so far due to this. What’s the point of having a dr you can never seem to make an appointment with?"

"I am writing this 1 star review specifically for women who are considering this doctor for fertility help. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this doctor. My close friend has been trying for years to get pregnant, and went to Dr. Chervenak for fertility guidance with her husband to understand the best path forward to get pregnant. She has been incredibly disappointed and frustrated about the lack of care/decency from this medical provider and his office staff. It is heartbreaking and frustrating to watch. For example, she had bloodwork done for this doctor in the first week of June '22 and has been following up with his office for MONTHS (it is now the second week of August '22) to get the results and determine next steps. This is not acceptable for any doctor, let alone someone seeking fertility help! She has been calling and messaging the office constantly - she even texted the doctor directly. NONE of her phone calls, messages or voicemails have been answered... even months later. Fertility is already an extremely sensitive area of care, and it requires a doctor who can make their patients feel cared for and attended to. No one should be desperately hunting down their doctor's office just to get blood work results. I hate writing poor reviews for someone's business, but this matter is too important not to share. I don't want anyone to experience the frustration and disappointment that this doctor has caused."

"Doctor Chervenak made me feel safe from the start. He is attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am having a c-section soon and I am not worried. His team is also amazing."
