"One of the WORST places to go since they were bought out. They will not accommodate you, even with an urgent non emergency situation. The front desk staff will not help you schedule a same day appointment ever (I've tried three times over the course of two months), and if they need to send something for testing, they do not check with you or your insurance which labs are covered by your plan. The providers here themselves are great, but there is really awful management that you have to deal with before seeing the staff whatsoever. Go somewhere else."
"Would not recommend because of my experience with the front desk. You are the face/voice of the company at the beginning. Your job is very important. First impression is everything. 1st visit I got a bad impression. Thought it was me. 2nd time, same thing. 3rd time was over the phone, same young woman who gave me bad vibes in person and same attitude behind that fake voice. 4th time was it for me. My last visit I listened to her as she talked junk about the patient that was on hold.. as if there aren't patients in the office. I'm switching to the other office. This young lady is unprofessional and shouldn't be working there if she hates it so much."
"I had scheduled an appointment about a month ago with this office. When I called it was with a call Service and they said they would pass message and when I told the operator that it was kind of urgent b/c it was for my disabled sister that needed a shot for birth control and she was due for it soon they gave me appointment for December 28th at 9:30am. Then I get a call within a couple of days, that Doctor was not going to be in that day, so they rescheduled appointment for December 27th at 9:30am. I called office to confirm that time and day where fine. On December 20th I get text message from a confirming system they have and I once again confirmed this appointment. I get another text day before appointment and I Confirmed appointment now the Third time. When I spoke to secretary I Specificallly said my sister is special needs and she is in wheelchair. She said it was ok and MADE appointment. When I get to office I saw a little of hesitation on taking my NP forms which they said needed to be filled out. They made me wait... me coming 10 mins early as she is a new patient. They come to tell me there is no appointment in system at this point as a patient and knowing my rights I knew they were making this up I showed proof of confirmation I even played message about confirming appointment. I knew then they didn't want to see my sister as she was in a wheelchair she was being discriminated b/c of her condition. I find this so unprofessional and disgusting that you made a patient come in so early and just because she was disabled didn't attend to her needs. As I said this on phone before I made appointment. Its really shamful that this office full of professionals turned away a young woman b/c they might have to had worked a little more or even cared about a human being with special needs. May they never have to depend on anyone like my sister has too. I hope when you look at this you know that everything comes around for those who have no heart, b/c when you work for healthcare you're dealing with humans and should be more compassionate. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD OFFICE THIS IS NOT THE ONE I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH AS THIS SAYS ALOT ABOUT WHO THEY ARE AS PROFESSIONALS AND WHERE THEY STAND WHEN IT COMES TO PATIENTS CARE."
"By far worst visit ever, waiting 2 hours after my appt time because their computer system sucks. Staff ignored everyone waiting, asked for a manager and could not get one to help me. Finally the manager came Carmen, to finally find out that no one checked me in after asking 3 times prior what was taking so long. And being told they will call me shortly. Most unorganized and ridiculious system ever."
"A Disappointing Experience I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Wajid (Naji A. Wajid), and I feel compelled to share my story to raise awareness and hopefully prevent others from going through a similar ordeal. Unfortunately, my encounter with this doctor resulted in the loss of my baby due to their poor recognition of my health condition and a lack of appropriate medical advice. From the beginning, it was evident that Dr. Wajid did not take my concerns seriously. Despite expressing my worries about the complications in my baby's growth, the doctor seemed dismissive and disconnected. Instead of providing the necessary attention and care, they simply shut me off from seeking valuable health advice. During each visit, Dr. Wajid would claim that everything was alright without even bothering to check the results of the medical tests. This lackadaisical approach left me feeling unheard and neglected, as if my concerns were irrelevant. As a mother, I expected my doctor to be thorough, compassionate, and proactive in ensuring my baby's well-being. Unfortunately, Dr. Wajid fell far short of those expectations. Tragically, the consequences of their negligence were devastating. It breaks my heart to say that I lost my precious baby due to the inadequate care provided by Dr. Wajid. This loss could have potentially been prevented if the doctor had taken the time to accurately diagnose and address the complications. I cannot stress enough the importance of finding a healthcare professional who genuinely listens, conducts thorough examinations, and pays attention to medical test results. Sadly, Dr. Wajid failed on all these fronts, leaving me with profound grief and a sense of betrayal. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking medical assistance from Dr. Wajid to reconsider their choice. The experience I had was not only heartbreaking but also indicative of a fundamental lack of professionalism and competence. It is essential to find a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being and diligently evaluates their health conditions. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Wajid was deeply unsatisfactory and had devastating consequences. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages them to prioritize their healthcare choices wisely. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and may not reflect the doctor's overall competency or performance."
