H&R Block 1422 Myrtle Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237

"I had applied my taxes refund on April 15,2022 right after applied. I was recruited to the navy forces until now that I finally have access to my phone I found out that I never received my tax refund and also I have no idea how is it that it’s another person bank account on my taxes report when I when over 3 times with MD Jamshed Mazumdar about my bank account. I been trying to contact the irs but it’s impossible to get to talk to someone and unfortunately I’m not at NY to go in person to fix this mess. Honestly I don’t know how this happened this is the second time I do my taxes with HR Block and it’s inaceptable whats going on now and nobody is available to help me because every time I call they keep telling me to call the irs!!! I had paid an insurance for both of my refunds that in any case something happens HR Block was responsible and have the obligation to help their costumers in any uncomfortable situation, in this case me. I kindly request someone to help me with this. Not even the email I was provided works…..I’m really disappointed with this office and HR Block in general."

"Horrible customer service. I was told they were going to be open until the end of summer. They took my paper work the office closed without notifying me and they kept all my paper work. Then I was told the GM would contact me its been three weeks of run arounds no contact. Don't go they mess up more than they help."

"I wish I seen the reviews before I went . this was the worst experience I could ever had. The lady who was supposed to help me was just rushing through things and trying to get me to sign everything. She even started touching me telling me to" just sign". I told her to relax and let me look at the papers and she gave me an exteremly hard time.
