"Amazed by the care and attention during my Kitten's first visit to this location. Andrea at the front desk & Dr. Lori Siracuse-Parker were both kind and patient with my cat and with my hundreds of questions lol. Will return!"
"Friendly doctor and nurse Nero just finished his first annual health check last week, he did very well."
"We've newly discovered Oradell Vet Group with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppy Ruby. Can't say enough good things. Great office, always punctual and all of the staff always with a smile on their faces and obvious love and care for their patients. Dr. Parker is terrific - great bedside manner and makes our Ruby feel at home! Their prices are reasonable and an easy-to-use portal to check on appointments, message the office, etc... Happy to have found such a great Vet clinic!"
"The staff at this clinic is very professional and caring for animals. They do Excellent work for our community and are very fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them to take your pets here! Also - they have these two beautiful papagayos bird in the waiting room that are just two riots!! They will spook you at least once!"
"The vet techs and staff are very sweet, but in our experience (we have multiple cats so we have seen many of the doctors here and at the larger Paramus hospital) the doctors are at best cursory and often dismissive of the pet parents' concerns, and at worst, injurious. My cat was seriously injured during what should have been a routine exam by Dr. Koenig, and it took her a month to fully recover. The "client services manager" immediately responded to my complaint (the initial review), but the follow-up was an empty apology masking their effort to make sure they protected themselves from legal action (my cat was in so much pain that she bit me during the exam--but anyone who would try to sue when it was their own beloved pet who bit them would be ridiculous) and in no way were they genuinely apologetic or concerned about my cat, who should have been the focus of the follow-up. Hopefully Dr. Koenig treats his pet patients with more gentleness in the future. We have taken our pets to a smaller vet where we feel any concerns we have will be more compassionately and thoroughly heard."
