"Big waste of my time. My refund shouldnt čist 400 in charges and if i was in person verifying my identification then should of been a automatic confirmation with the irs. Money should of been here by now. Please Remove me off your call back list. Getting An appointment with irs or Getting throught to a live agent is terrible system."
