"They have since deleted my previous one star review which told of how they mistreated me during a traumatic experience, how the drs mix up their patients, the office staff are incompetent… I just tried to schedule another appt and the person said she needs to message the drs to figure out how to schedule. I am in search of a new practice and I can’t tell you enough to stay away from this place"

"I wanted to update my review. I had difficult time with the cold springs office and pre natal appts. It was hard to get appts, and the front desk reception was cold and difficult to work with. It was one or two women in particular, but they always seemed to be working or the one to take my call - when i was able to get someone on the phone. It made my entire 9-10 months of appts stressful! My hospital experience at NYP was wonderful. Each individual I came in contact with was great and treated me with care and kindess."

"I’m not really liking the inattentive attitude when it comes to calling patients with test results, especially after they specify to the patient they will receive a phone call. On t multiple occasions I have had to call and hunt doctors/nurses down just to hear about test results. So far, I’m very disappointed."

"Everyone that works there is very nice, but 'nice' doesn't mean a business operates well. For months they have been preparing and switching to a new software system, which seems laden with issues. Issues that seemed to pop up with every phone call to the office, arrangement of appointment or actual visit. I also waited longer than expected for test results, never received calls after tests, as promised my staff, and sat in empty waiting rooms for lengthy amounts of time (much than expected, even in a doctor's office). Additionally, I've had staff, on numerous occasions, come into the examination room with my medical information written on a post-it (maybe another issues of the new software system? Either way, not a great patient confidence-builder). Again, everyone there was friendly and kind, but their dysfunctional operations were enough for me to change medical offices."
