Talked to owner Ron and he hooked me up with Mike Canino performance to get a personal trainer for me. I met with Dale Ridgway who was phenomenal. He set up a plan for my wife and me and ran through our personalized program tailored for our needs and to ensure we were working out safely. Great experience. The place is spotless, equipment cleaning procedures for clients are in place. Highly recommended."
