"Escobar is NOT a doctor. Maybe a doctor wannabe but definitely not a doctor and no where near qualified to handle the care of any pregnant woman. Extremely money hungry inhumane individual who should not be allowed to care for vulnerable pregnant woman. She got a masters degree and now she’s all of a sudden allowed to mess with the lives of other woman and their fetuses? Wow how pathetic. Only heedless woman will go to her. I saw her in the office and not once did she turn her body to speak. She spoke while her back was turned to me. And when it was time to deliver my baby she showed absolutely no care and wanted to transfer me to her supervising obgyn to perform a c section. Worse birth experience with her. It’s my fault because I thought she was qualified but learned after my personal experience she lacks qualifications and professionalism on so many levels. She is in NO WAY holistic either please don’t let that word fool you like it fooled me. Shame on such practice who staffs unqualified individuals like ESCOBAR"

"After almost three years, I finally feel like I can sit down and share my story without sobbing. I was pregnant, I went in to see Dr. Escobar due to a very good friends recommendation. I had my very first appointment, let me just say it went well. I was confirmed to be pregnant, I was told congratulations, given a lot of smiles and sent on my way, due back in a month. Two days later, at work I start bleeding. Very heavy bleeding, I was young and afraid and I called them. I was immediately told over the phone that I was having a miscarriage and that I should let it be. I couldn’t believe it, I was shocked that this was what they told me. There was no sympathy there was no urgency, there was nothing that made me feel any better about anything that was happening. I was hoping to be asked to come in, be seen at least to confirm that what was happening. I asked if I needed to do anything, if they wanted to check me out. I had never been pregnant, I didn’t know what to expect, I just knew that I needed help to figure it all out. Upon arrival I was told an ultrasound would show nothing, that my insurance wasn’t covering anything, and that i would have to pay over 300 dollars to see nothing but confirm that I was miscarrying. I was devastated, I was let down by someone who was supposed to help me. I felt like all I was was just money to this place. The vast difference in care from when I walked in pregnant to when I walked out not pregnant was just so humiliating and horrifying. I was traumatized. Not only had I lost my baby, but I had lost hope. Had this woman treated me differently, given me better care and some sympathy and compassion maybe I would’ve gone back to her when I got my second positive test. I would never recommend this facility to ANYONE, even if I had any enemies. Stay away!!!!"
