"I found this place on Zocdoc and met with Dr. Gudz for the first time in October 2021. I gave his office my insurance info and they told me my copay was of 25 dollars. A few months later, I received an invoice for about 50 bucks for that same visit, (which I paid online). Mind you I never visited his office again. Yet they had the audacity to send me an invoice for 200 bucks."

"Unprofessional and should not be working on his field. I had thorough bloodwork and CAT scan done for an ovarian cyst in the hospital. I go to him seeking treatment. Told me that a HOSPITAL CAT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. Did not want to look at my results and told me my pain doesn’t not make sense because the cyst is too small. Ladies do not even go to this pos. So many rude and insulting comments don’t even want to repeat them."

"Seemed like an OK guy at first, but he made my wife uncomfortable during the first month of her pregnancy with his very blunt responses and unhelpful advice. His office also surcharges almost as much as the entire bill if you're over 30 days past due. Being what the post office is these days, not receiving your bill in the mail for a few weeks could mean a huge difference in price. I don't intend to go back if this is how his billing staff does business. $600 bill, $400 late fee. Absolutely insulting coming from a local office in our home town. Even the ER doesn't surcharge for overdue bills."
