"It is my pleasure to write review about Morristown cleaners. I always love coming here ---my clothes are ready on time and Freddy, who works there, greets me with a smile and is always helpful. Several times Freddy even fixed a couple of problems with my clothes on the spot, without charging me for it (like a zipper that wouldn't close and would not need to be replaced, as I initially thought) I can't be more grateful for his professional and caring manner. Last week came to pick up my clothes and on the way back to my car I realized that I didn't have my keys---I got locked out of my car. Freddy kindly allowed me to use his cell personal phone to call Geico insurance for road side assistance, while charging my phone. Although it was already getting late and Dry Cleaners were about to close, Freddy waited for extra 30 minutes past 6.30pm until I reached Geico representative and resolved my issue. Freddy also went outside with the flashlight to search for my keys on the street, in case if I accidentally dropped them. I was really impressed how he went out of the way to help me, although it was not his duty to look for my keys outside. I am extremely grateful for Freddy's understanding, kindness and patience at a difficult situation which had nothing to do with their service. This occasion was a proof that Morristown dry cleaners truly care for their customers. I wish every business was like this. Five stars and my deep appreciation of such a high quality of service."
