I had been using both, for almost 10 years- Once it changed hands and names, it is no longer either. I waited 3 months for Waverly to eventually get around to filing- all along, telling you they’re getting to it, and stringing you along so you don’t go elsewhere. He will put your return into extension, without being instructed to do so. When you go to a CPA you are paying for a service, not asking for a favor. If you’re going to pay to get your taxes done, go elsewhere, or you’ll pay in more ways than one."
