"The front desk staff is atrocious. They are rude, condescending and just outright obnoxious… it completely deters you from wanting to make an appointment with the doctors. It’s a shame, considering the doctors themselves are great. The group should really take it upon themselves and address these encounters- no one tolerates being talked down upon in this day and age. There is no excuse for treating patients so nastily for asking a question, rescheduling and/or wanting to make an appointment."
"The doctors in this office are absolutely incredible!! I love all the doctors in this office. They are kind and great at their jobs, but the front desk staff is so rude and horrible to the patients! They don't accommodate doctor requests when they ask you to come in for an emergency. They tell you to go to an urgent care and hang up on you. This is alarming especially if you are pregnant and want to make sure the baby is okay."
