"There is another google review that that has mentioned the same issue as me: Harness Tax did not file my state taxes correctly (specifically city taxes for nyc) and I am waiting for resolution and an explanation. They have very poor communication. They filed the taxes right at the deadline. I paid $1350 in total for their services. I feel like I was robbed given the issues I am having. I am still awaiting resolution, but given there are other reviewers mentioning that city taxes were not done correctly, I would avoid this company. Waste of time and money."
