"Agent was horrible.Could not spell correctly on my return. Had to correct him numerous times.Also had trouble understanding him as his accent was very thick.I , the paying customer should not have to correct his spelling on my return.Who knows if he messed anything else up.For the price I paid to prepare my taxes , this is totally unacceptable."

"Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. 3 times I went in to file my taxes with Linda N. & 3 times she sent me home asking me for documents I couldn’t provide (ie: receipts, certain tax forms that I do not qualify to receive.) I wasn’t even trying to claim a deduction for these items since I knew I didn’t have the proper documentation and she insisted that I needed to. She then requested summaries of certain funds. After a good 5 weeks of back and forth, I had to go another HR Block & the representative that FINALLY helped me complete my return told me the documents Linda requested weren’t necessary at all. I just couldn’t believe that I was wasting my time this entire time."
