"Horrible experience. Dr Kohn is rude, insensitive, talks poorly about her staff with doors open, forgets about her appointments while you're waiting for her in the exam room, had zero care in the world when caring for me. I was advised any medicine is fine while pregnant even though I know only Tylenol is safe. I was so glad when I went into labor that she was not on call and I had to use the doctor on call at Valley. No one even called me after the birth to see how I was or to do a follow up exam. Don't waste your time here. If you're pregnant go to maternal fetal medicine directly. They'll take your insurance and they do everything there, all ultrasounds, etc. I wish I knew this before. The ONLY person who I really liked there was the NPN, Jennifer. She was very sweet and careful. She doesn't belong here. She should find a more reputable place to work where she is appreciated. I hope she sees this review because she was fantastic."

"UPDATE: as a last ditch option I called one last time. I asked the receptionist for the office manager and spoke with Judy the office manager. She was wonderful and got Dr Cohn to call me right back. Dr Cohn got me in right away to see her. She was wonderful. Even though she squeezed me in a spot she did not have I never felt rushed or unheard. Then I personal got a call from Carol yesterday about this review. She is a higher up manager. She was very nice and understanding. She wanted my feedback to make improvements. Dr Cohn, Dr Beloff and Dr Mitzner are all definitely on my list of doctors I will see going forward. And I will not wait next time if I don’t like the answers from the front desk. I will just ask for the office manager. I have been going to these drs for 23 years. Dr. Share, Dr Mitzner and Dr Beloff. I have called 8 times in the past 2 weeks because of an issue of not feeling right. I have asked for the dr to call me, the medical assistant to call me! I don’t know if they are even getting my messages that I have asked to mark as Urgent! And the young woman who answers the phone to hang up on me clearly annoyed. I still have not received a call back and now I’m looking for a new dr that cares enough about the issue that I maybe having or I am having to call me back and give me guidance! I am so upset that I unfortunately I’m looking for a new dr because this is not to be this stressful. And it even more unfortunate that I feel like they don’t care! Where is the care that Dr. Share would give his patients? He would call you back within minutes most time!"

"The NPN Jennifer Enrique is amazing I’ve been seeing her for years and will always recommend her. The front desk staff is always diligent and work with the patients to their needs and schedules. Previous reviews are shocking to see as I have always had excellent care here and recommend this office to anyone. I especially love that I am able to get any questions I may have to quickly answered and helped by the medical staff. Everyone is kind and loving!! Also plenty of parking available and waiting area spacious enough where patients aren’t over crowded wait times are never too long I suggest following their come at least 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time for check-ins (which can be done in advance!) ."

"I have to agree with the review below me, the care i received today was abysmal. I called a week ago to make the appointment and after being transferred FIVE times and explaining my reason for calling to FIVE different people, they argued with me about even making the appointment, showed no compassion or care in the world for my reasons for calling, and scheduled me a week later. I go to my appointment and the receptionist asked if i would be coming back later to see the doctor. Shocked, i said no my appointment was for 11 and 11:45. She then got attitude with me for their scheduling error and refused to help me in any way after again explaining why i am even there. SHe told me i can wait or reschedule. I explained i have work and a son at home that isnt an option. Again with an attitude she told me to reschedule. This is how you treat your patients coming in to address a medical issues? It is deplorable. I have gone here my whole life and they have completely changed and neglected professional treatment care. I will never go back."

"My most recent experiences have truly terrible. The lack of care & urgency I received is unbelievable. Jennifer Enrique and the lady at the front desk have been nothing but rude and inattentive towards a newly pregnant patient. Rarely do I leave reviews let alone bad ones but I really feel the need to say this. Unacceptable. These systems don’t really care about you. Not sure if my race also has something to do with this but I wouldn’t be surprised. My situation was nothing to take lightly and they did nothing but that."
