"Margaret Sheerin never replies. They forgot to file my 2022 return because they said it got "stuck" in the system. And furthermore, I was willing to pay additionally to get my 2021 tax return worked on but they NEVER replied back. Never doing business again with this place; costs expensive to file a simple tax return, and no one replies back"

This year there’s a lot to say but the worst is we ended up doing a drop off bc no one knew when the person we had an appt with would show up, she ended up showing up at 7pm (I know this bc we called to get an email for additional info we needed to email her) our appt was 6pm. She called us on a Friday night at 9:45pm (I’m sorry I wouldn’t even call my friends that late at night). I could go on. However there was an amazing woman who helped us when we were waiting I don’t know her name but have very long blonde twisties in her hair she was amazing!"
