"I love Dr. Chait and her team. These other reviews are crazy because these people clearly don’t understand how the bottom floor of a building can be ALL doctors offices, while there are apartments on top. You just need to walk to the front of the building to enter the doctors office. It sounds like these other reviewers tried to enter the locked apartment building entrance vrs actually LOOKING for the office. The offices are clean and the staff is super friendly. The bed side manner of the doctors at this practice is so great and I feel extremely comfortable here."

"Do not go here! The wait is about 2 hours. I never got a call in regards to my test results. I called for 3 weeks straight to ask about my results and every time I called I was informed that the doctor would call me back. I never got the call from the doctor. Additionally, I requested my medical records in person and they refused to give it to me because the doctor had not yet spoken to me about the results. All I wanted was to receive my results and be seen elsewhere. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a doctors office. It was truly a nightmare."

"All around Terrible experience at this office.. 1st of all, here’s a bit of my experience: Firstly, it’s in a RESIDENTIAL apartment building, it is hard to find because the sign is so small you can barely read it from the street. Secondly, the parking is in the rear of the building if you figured out that the office is in this residential building , and then you can’t get in from the back of the building. You have to walk to around it to the front to get in and then You’re in a locked lobby. Thirdly, When you press for the suite needed the phone rings and the person answering has no idea that you’re calling from the lobby and repeatedly asks what city you’re calling from then says the doctor has left for an emergency. Lastly, when asked why the other scheduled patients weren’t notified they said.. oh we’re calling them and no apology or anything, nor did I receive a call about my appointment being cancelled. Do not go here unless you want headaches.. there’s no good reviews for a reason.."
