"I arrived at 9 am for my 9:15 appt with Dr. fares. Filled out new patient paperwork, etc. At 9:25 am the person behind the desk came into the waiting room and said "So She won't be here until 11 am. We do have another location in Clifton (15 min away) that you can go to now if you want." When I went to the desk to clarify, I asked what she meant by "she" won't be here until 11 as Dr. Fares is a male provider, and i was told "oh he owns the practice you wouldn't be seen by him only by his nurse practitioner." Needless to say I walked out. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a physicians office."
"EDIT: they told me to come in for a follow-up visit to receive some “news” a couple days after my first appointment (before all the billing came back) and I ended up waiting an hour for a 5 minute conversation with the doctor that they claimed as an “office visit.” They charged me $50 for that. Absolutely insane office and I hope they close down. Original: I came for a general check-up, and the wait was an hour each time even with an appointment set up weeks prior (no one else in the waiting room too), and they ended up doing a bunch of unnecessary examinations that drove up the cost of what should’ve been a $0 check-up to $300 (after insurance too). No treatment plan or anything either, just a $300 bill. Clearly they don’t care about their patients at all. Never coming back."

"Worse service! Do not trust him for surgery. He allowed a doctor I’ve never met to participate in my wife surgery. We get extra bill from the hospital and he didn’t solve the problem. woman who answers the phone with hate in her voice. The anamosity and disregard for patients here is disgusting. Also fares didn’t answer the phone or even a message. Very bad experience with that doctor."
"I wish I can give zero star but unfortunately that is not possible. I've been a patient for many years as I was just going for routine exams so no complaints until I became pregnant. The office staff is completely incompetent and rude. I've been out of work since 08/30/22 gave birth on 09/08/22 and to this day 10/28/22 I have not received my short term disability benefits because these people have been so careless. I've submitted the M10 medical certification form to this office on multiple occasions, in person via email even begged them to please complete the information online as the state gives Healthcare providers that option and brought the form as well to be completed and I can mail back nothing I was told we are very busy we will get to it. I understand doctor offices are very busy but this is insane. I am struggling financially because of the careless behavior of the staff if it wasn't for my husband covering the bills I dont know what would happen. The state close my case because the information was never received. I'm tired of going to the office and calling for them to do their job I seriously give up. I was supposed to do my postpartum appointment and will look into finding another gynecologist because I don't ever want to step a foot in that office."
