"I've recently went here to get my taxes done I'm from out of state and new to new jersey the customer service is bad, the employees seem as if they don't know what they are doing. I got my taxes process and was advised to claim single and I recently just got married so i should have filed married and I owed the IRS money. My wife's accountant was able to square away everything for us thank the Lord but I did have to get them amended because they didn't know what they were doing. I also lost out on 270 dollars on my taxes getting done for them to get it all wrong. God bless everyone at this location just got to do better and hire the correct people with the correct qualifications. P.s I got a family I'm not playing with my taxes I wish this company the best but if you want your taxes done correctly get a qualified accountant."

"I was taken advantage by this Bellville office. A Spanish women who was doin my return failed to tell me any prices of what she was doing. So 500 dollars later I had to pay cause she did the paperwork. Not once did she explain anything to me, now that office is closed, I can't speak with a supervisor. Please if anyone reads this take note n never Trust H&R... I am still waiting for my refund.. Since April 2..."
