"The staff were amazing but the lady that works at the lab was horrible. She was so rude and didn’t know what she was doing. She poked me on the left arm first and started moving the needle. I explain to her that on my right arm would be easier to draw blood. So she poked my right arm. She hurt me both times and these are my results. Not even 10 mins later. I never had blood drawn from me and went through so much pain and left with a bruise. Horrible they need to really interview the type of unprofessional phlebotomist they hire."
