"I used this H&R Block location for the first time last year. I had never used H&R before (I have used Turbo Tax) but my situation was pretty messy and I was worried I would overlook something if left to my own devices. H&R advisor Ira Herman was very responsive and worked his way through my many complications calmly and expertly. He really solved a lot of dilemmas for me and I am grateful. This year he came through again. While I was there, I noticed that the receptionist at the front (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name) was quite competent, handling multiple calls gracefully. I will definitely use H&R into the future."
