"We went to Dr. Nicole for annual gynecological exam. we told her that it is covered 100% under insurance plan and we will not pay any out of pocket. She was on her own in the hospital and there was no staff and she took blood sample for my wife and ordered various tests which was not needed and did not confirmed from us that whether we want to pay out of pocket. Resultantly, she diagnosed PCO and my wife don’t have PCO as she is pregnant now. All her labs are negative and we got 2nd opinion from other doctor as well. We keep calling dr Nicole and visited personally to her clinic and she said that I will give u discount and had sent that discount to vice president of the lab corporation but when we called the lap corp, they said they don’t have any knowledge of that. There is no email of Nicole or lapcorp so that we can bring all of them on single page. Labcorp is directing us towards dr. Nicole and dr Nicole is directing us towards lab corp. we are in mental torture as we are receiving threatening notice from labcorp that they will made our account delinquent and it will impact credit rating. Dr. Is just earning money without telling patient that you have to pay out of pocket. Dr also did follow up appointment which was not needed as it was just to communicate the lab result which could have been done on email or phone. she mentioned in her 1st visit that there is no fees of follow up but she billed us for follow up. She referred for the transvaginal ultrasound for which we paid 160 USD out of pocket and the labs were normal and ultrasound were normal but despite being normal results of ultrasound and labs, she prescribed medication for that which was not needed. My wife had periods at that time and she mentioned that to Dr but dr still said that they need my wife urine sample which a normal person can conclude that urine sample will have blood and there will be abnormality."

"I visited the office for annual visit in Nov 2022, she was all alone working in the office without staff, and she ran a lot of tests on me without discussion and diagnosed me with some disease that I don't have. I double checked with another doctor she told me I am perfectly doing okay it's just a mistake from her side. Now I am receiving a bill of 285$ from her office. She doesn't respond to my calls and when I visited her in person, she said that she will give me 90% discount on that. Since the day, I have been calling her office, I didn't get any response. A patient should always be asked whether he/she is willing to pay out of pocket or not and can afford it if it not covered under insurance. It's like exploiting and making money. I have never received such kind of bill from anywhere just for annual visit. I had a terrible experience with this doctor. Please don't go this, Doctor."

"I have been going to Nicoles Baptistes Practice for 4 Years Now and It is the best Gyno Ever . Her staff are all nice and they treat you well. Nicole helps in every way possible and makes you feel comfortable aswell. I never had an experience where she made me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. If you are looking for a gyno who puts your health first this is the place to go!"

"i beg you if you care about your health DO NOT go to this doctor. she lacks compassion, knowledge, and competence in her field. she answers calls from patients while having a conversation with you mid appointment. she doesn't follow up with your results, god forbid your dying. she will roll her eyes at questions as if she is not there to educate you. theres no staff working in the office, just herself. the building itself is old and ghetto. lastly, she failed to apologize after walking into the office 45 mins late for my morning appointment. very unprofessional. lacking patient privacy. please dont make the same mistake i did ladies"

"It was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you can go anywhere else please do. There is little no privacy when providing information since there is only one open computer. She was rude when I booked the appointment to when I needed to review my results. When I asked her about next steps or a recommendation she state "that is your job to figure out and I can not help you". After telling her that I was not straight and not planning to have children, she was uninterested in talking to me and made a face. It felt like she only wanted to provide services to child-bearing straight women. Please stay away from this queer-phobic monster."
