"Poor customer service. My wife called ahead for our ultrasound to see if we could bring our children. She was told the children have to be masked. When we arrived with our children, the woman at the front door unapologetically told us no children were allowed. We could’ve saved a lot of trouble had that question been answered clearly over the phone. When we mentioned the information that was given to us over the phone, the woman at the front door made it to seem as if the miscommunication was our fault. Here are some notable quotes from the woman at the door: “This has always been our policy.” Keep in mind, this is our first time at this establishment. What has always been here doesn’t matter more than what you communicate over the phone. “No hospitals allow children.” Please note, we arrived with our children, which means we’ve had children before, which makes it likely that we’ve had ultrasounds in the past, and wait for it… they’ve been at a hospital… which has each time allowed our children. So not only is her customer service poor, but she’s wrong. Note: A good question would be, if that hospital is so good, then why didn’t we just return there? Answer, they’re so good, that their appointments are all booked up so they can’t fit us in within the needed timeframes. When I asked the woman at the front door if this has always been their policy to not allow children, or is it due to the pandemic, she replied, “we’ve had people in here before.” How does that remotely answer the question??? No wonder there was a miscommunication over the phone, they can’t give straight answers in person. When the question was asked again, the exact same way, she replied, “we’ve had children in here before.” She then went on to explain to me, “it’s not personal… it’s not business… it’s medical.” What a customer friendly thing to say, when we’re coming for an ultrasound which is very personal for us. I have a little background in customer service, so here’s some help for this establishment. 1. “The customer is always right,” does not necessarily mean that the customer is always accurate or correct, it means you can respond to the customer without coming across as accusing. You can even take responsibility for misunderstandings while still asserting policy. 2. You can always be friendly, it’s free. 3. Acknowledge the customer’s woes in a non-combative way and empathize, clarify, then respond. “I’m sorry for this situation,” is not always taking the blame, but it may be taking the high road as an establishment and absorbing the blows to any customer relationship. 4. Lastly, and maybe it should be first, be clear. I would not recommend this establishment nor would I return to it given better options."

"I love this place. It is super clean and the staff is incredible especially a young woman named Kimberly. She is phenomenal and has helped me in so many ways. They accept some insurance so be sure to call and see. Never had a long waiting time unlike other ultrasound clinics I’ve been seen at. I highly recommend coming here overall a wonderful experience."
